We have taken inspiration from around the world; fresh, spicy Asian flavours to hearty comfort food from the deep south of the USA as well as throwing in a few Aussie classics. We combine this with the best, local produce the region has to offer to create the most exciting and inspired dishes in the Hunter Valley.
